my valentine's day decor picks

I do love any reason to change up my decor and valentine's day is no exception. I don't go all out, but I like to have some obvious heart shaped decor items to enjoy the holiday and make it a little bit festive! Whether that's a garland to hang on my mantle or over the kitchen window, some pretty pink serveware or a heart shaped pillow, I think there's some subtle fun to be had! It's also the perfect transition going into spring AND I also don't feel too bad when investing in the color pink or red! The past couple years I've been incorporating the color pink into my fall decor and even a little this past christmas! Pink is the new neutral, right!?! And of course, anything red can also be used for christmas!

I feel like I should also clarify that when I say decor, that also means dinnerware + serveware to me. I'll thank my mom for this issue ;). It's a bit of an obsession but overall I love entertaining so I feel like that's reason enough to enjoy all the pretties! I love styling my glass cabinet with seasonal dishes that I've collected over the years.....not to mention making a pretty tablescape for a dinner with my husband during the week or for girls night!
